  ■  채용직군 :  Customer & Cargo Coordination Analyst Japan

      ▶ Customer & Cargo Coordination Analyst Japan

     1. Data input

        • Closely communicate with Vessel capacity manager for correct inputting of booking data

        • Input the accurate booking/receiving data into the system

        • Closely monitor booking data and its shipping plan on the system inputted by each regional office

        • Segregate special care cargo such as IMDG, Military & etc. on the system and share the information with the concerned parties

     2. Data review & confirm

        • Update the booking data when it changes in due course

        • Identify discrepancy between booking data, cargo allocation plan and actual data in field and coordinate with the concerned parties

           (Vessel capacity manager & Stowage planner)

        • Ensure the accuracy of overall booking data based on Vessel allocation plan

        • Ensure the accuracy of ocean freight/surcharges 

      3. Result comparison

        • Confirm & compare the status between loading result (or B/L) and booking data

        • Ensure that loading result (or B/L) is consistent with booking data and share difference with the concerned parties if found

        • Revise booking data which is different for loading result (or B/L) if necessary

      4. System coordination

         • Identify efficiency of booking system & workflow and share with the concerned parties if necessary

        ▷ 자격 요건

           - 학력 : 대졸 이상 (전공무관)

           - 경력 : 석사이상 학위 보유자 또는 1년 이상 유관 업무 경력자

           - 한국어 또는 영어에 능통한 국내 거주/체류 중인 일본인

-               - 취업가능 비자 보유자 또는 E-7비자 취득에 결격사유가 없는 자
